Website analytics and marketing are optional. For visitors identified as being in Australia, both start automatically unless you have opted out or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Elsewhere, or when the region cannot be determined, they stay off until you accept. We use a same-domain Cloudflare request to determine the country; we do not store its IP-address response. When website analytics is enabled, Google Analytics measures page views, store-link clicks and use of the rotation planner. When marketing is enabled, the Meta Pixel shares page views, store-link clicks, deliberate plan generation and print requests with Meta for advertising measurement and audience building. These services can process browser and device information, online identifiers, cookies and network information such as your IP address. They are not anonymous services.

Our event data excludes player, team and opponent names, match dates, form entries and generated plan contents. We use fixed event labels and restrict page information. Automatic form tracking, advanced matching and automatic Meta events are disabled. Meta collection is skipped on visits with unreviewed URL or referrer data. Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics are not loaded by this website tracking integration.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to allow, reject or withdraw either choice. Your preferences are stored on this device under cm_tracking_consent_v1 for up to 180 days; if storage is unavailable, they apply only within the current page session. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by that service and removes its accessible first-party tracking cookies; it does not delete events already received by the provider. The website and planner remain usable without either service.

App Store download buttons may include a fixed website campaign code so Apple can report downloads attributed to the website in aggregate. The link contains no player information or individual visitor identifier. Apple campaign downloads are separate from website clicks and do not identify which website visitor installed the app.

The language switcher stores your explicit choice in localStorage under cm_language_choice_v1. The optional German-language suggestion stores dismissal in cm_language_suggestion_dismissed_v1. These values remain on your device and are used only to remember your language experience. This release does not use automatic language redirects or set a Netlify nf_lang cookie.

The Coach Meister mobile apps may process team, player, match, performance, diagnostic, subscription, and device information needed to provide and improve app features. The exact data handled depends on the platform, app version, settings, and features you use. Please consult the privacy information shown in the relevant app store and in the app before use.

We process information to provide the service, keep it secure, diagnose problems, understand usage, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. The applicable legal basis depends on the data and context and may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations. Information is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

Coach Meister operates from Australia and uses service providers that may process data in Australia, the United States, and other countries. Information is shared only with providers and authorities where needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer. Appropriate safeguards are used where required.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. You can clear localStorage in your browser to remove saved language preferences.

Coach Meister is designed for adult coaches and team managers. Adults should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about children and must have appropriate authority for information they add to the app.

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised date on this page.
